She was born February 7, 1962 in Charleston the daughter of Janet Lynn Hartley and the late Denzil Hartley. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her husband Bob Jarrett, and daughter Tiffanie Renee Milam.
Celebration of Lynn’s life will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Tyler Mt. Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Tyler Mt. Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.
Gathering of family and friends will be from 11 until time of service at the funeral home.
