

Marjorie B. Miller was born in 1925 in Arbuckle, WV and went home to be with the lord on September 07, 2025 from natural causes. She was a lifelong Christian, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Marjorie was a resident of Morgantown, WV for the last four years after spending most of her nearly 100 years in Cross Lanes, WV. She graduated from Dunbar High School and Center College in Charleston where she taught math for several years. Marjorie had a long managerial career with Kanawha/Ohio Valley DATA Control and Hewitt Packard.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Harry of 52 years, son Rick (Libby) of Charleston, parents Charlie and Bessie Beaver, grandson Hunter Mathess and his father Dan (Julie) of Fairmont, sister Georgia Covert of Dunbar and brother Bill Beaver of Charleston.
Also, Marjorie is survived by her son Randy and his wife Diane of Morgantown, Libby (Rick) of Charleston, granddaughters Julie Mathess, Lorrie Young (Ben) and Kara Marsh (Chad) all from Fairmont and Ashley Nash (Joey) from Huntington.
Additionally, great grandchildren Cole Mathess (Julie), Caleb, Jack and Claire Young (Lorrie), Ella and Emily Marsh (Kara) and Blake and Sydney Nash (Ashley).
A special thanks to Evergreen Assisted Living and their outstanding staff of Morgantown where Marjorie resided for two years.
A private family service will be held at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes, WV, with burial at the same location in sight of her former residence of 74 years.
