Pat was born November 4, 1938 in Charleston to the late James Tanner and Ruby Lovejoy Tanner. In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Arthur; children, David Lively, Johnny Lively; siblings, Betty McCarthy, Earl Tanner, and Ray Tanner; and a grandson, Adam Drennen.
Pat attended Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church, Runa.
Left to cherish her memory are loving children, Cindy Drennen (Audrey) of Drennen, Mark Lively of Indiana, Tina Proctor (Harold) of Charleston, Donnie Ennis (Crystal) of Poca; 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 14, 2022 at Tyler Mountain Funeral Home, 5233 Rocky Fork Road, Cross Lanes with Pastor Brian McKinney officiating. Entombment will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.
A gathering of family and friends will begin at 1:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
