Peggy Ann Patton, 78, of Cross Lanes, went home to be with the Lord on April 29, 2019 after a sudden illness. Peggy was a loving wife and mother who devoted herself to family and her church, the Roxalana Gospel Tabernacle. She was born March 28, 1941 in Clio, WV. She was preceded in death by her mother Arbutice Jett, father Oral Jett, daughter Kimberly Dawn Patton Bell, and daughter in law Rose Marie Patton. She is survived by her husband, Kellar Ray Patton; sister, Betty Sloan of Newcomerstown, OH; children, Rick Patton (Cindy), Gary Patton (Sherry), Steve Patton (Terri) all of Cross Lanes. Grandchildren, Nikki ( Tom) Miller of Florida, Amber Patton of Cross Lanes, Ashley Burns (AJ) of Cross Lanes, and Rick Patton (Elizabeth) of Teays Valley; and numerous great grandchildren. The family would like to extend thanks to all the doctors and nursing staff on the 4th floor Neurology Department at CAMC General. Services will be private. Burial will be in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes. Condolences may be sent by visiting

I will miss you Peggy. Will not be the same walking into moms kitchen and ask who are you talking to, "PEGGY" and be quiet. Mom and you were just like sisters who shared so much. Rest in Peace Peggy and until we meet again. Love you ❤
