Reba Louise Sampson Starcher

Reba Louise Sampson Starcher, 83, of St. Albans, passed away peacefully February 17, 2019 surrounded by family after a short illness. Louise loved her family, traveling, and serving God. She served at Maranatha Fellowship church for over 14 years, and also attended Charleston Mountain Mission. Louise was born January 24, 1936 to the late Albert Andrew Sigman and Edna Westfall Sigman. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Ernie Marion; sons, Joe Sampson (Debbie), and Kevin Marion (Connie); daughters, Carla Osborne (Jeff), and Kimberley Coll; nine grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Service will be Noon Wednesday, February 20, 2018 at Tyler Mountain Funeral Home, 5233 Rocky Fork Road, Cross Lanes, WV 25313 with Pastor Darren Powell officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens. A gathering of family and friends will begin at 10am Wednesday, February 20, 2018 at the funeral home.
