She was born on March 26, 1973, in Charleston, WV and spent her life growing up in Dunbar, WV. Sally had a kind heart and loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed spending time outdoors whether it be camping, fishing, or vacationing at the beach.
Sally was a daughter to Joyce Fisher, a sister to Andy Fisher, a loving wife to Duane Harrison, and an outstanding mother to kids Katelyn, Dylan, and Maggie, who she did indeed consider her third child.
Sally could always be found with a hedgehog accessory not too far away. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and always be close by in our hearts.
