Samuel "Sam" Justice, 68, of Charleston, passed away Sunday, Nov. 15, 2015. He was born Feb. 13, 1947 in Madison, the son of Arvil and Barbara Holstein Justice. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Elizabeth Justice. Sam was retired from Valley Bell Dairy. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. Sam was an avid bowler, attaining that perfect "300" game. He is survived by his wife, Glenna Justice; sisters, Anna Ruth Richards of Charleston and Teresa Kersey of Ashland, Ky.; and brothers, Larry Justice of Goose Creek, S.C., Fred Justice of Rock Hill, S.C., and Jon Justice of Clarksville, Tenn. Celebration of Sam’s life will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, at Casdorph & Curry Funeral Home, St. Albans, with Pastor Wilson Hudson officiating. Private family burial will be held at Lively Cemetery, Sod. Military rites will be conducted by St. Albans VFW Post 6418 and American Legion Post 73. Gathering of family and friends will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.
