

Tim was born on April 28, 1951, in Nebraska to Terrence “Dick” and Vivian Arnott. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Terrence Arnott.
He graduated from Massillon High School in Massillon, OH, in 1969. Tim was drafted into the U.S. Army in 1971 and received an honorable discharge in 1973. He began his career with Coca-Cola in 1977 and retired in 2013 after 36 years of dedicated service. During his career, he worked in sales before becoming a machine technician. Tim proudly served as a Union Steward for Teamsters Local 175 for 30 years, representing his fellow employees at Coca-Cola in Charleston.
On January 13, 1971, Tim married the love of his life, Kathy L. Arnott. Together, they shared 54 years of marriage and built a loving family.
Tim was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved spending time outdoors. He was devoted to his family, dedicated to his work, and respected for his unwavering commitment to serving and advocating for his co-workers. Those who knew him also knew him as a loyal friend, a dependable mentor, and someone who was always willing to lend a helping hand.
Tim is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Kathy L. Arnott, his son, Timothy J. Arnott (Jessi), his daughter, Shannon Roueche (Jake); his grandchildren, J.D. Carper (Madi), Jacob Arnott, Levi Goodall, and Emerson Kessler; his great grandchildren, Aurora, Jace, and Liam; his sister, Kathleen Anslover, of Massillon, OH, and many beloved nieces and nephews. He was a father figure, brother, and friend to many whose lives he touched with his kindness and generosity.
Celebration of Tim’s life will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at Tyler Mt. Funeral Home with Pastor Richard Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mt. Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.
Gathering of family and friends will be from 1 until time of service at the funeral home.
