Anne D. Cicero
February 9, 1930 – January 26, 2020
Anne Delores Cicero of Croton-on-Hudson, NY, formerly of the Bronx, NY passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2020. She was 89 years old. Anne was born in the Bronx on February 9, 1930 to the late Michael and Assunta (Volpe) Narducci. There is nothing Anne enjoyed or loved more than her grandchildren Kelley Marie and Philip Daniel (“The Rock”). She was an ardent animal rights lover and a long-time member and contributor to the ASPCA. Her inspiration for animals came from the love she had for her poodle, Gigi and her cats, Chickie,Precious, Mona and Tiger! Anne was also a long-time employee of the New York Police Department. She was a Police Administrative Aide at both the 47th and 52nd Precincts in The Bronx. She is survived by her beloved son and daughter, Daniel Anthony Cicero and Terri Cicero Garrity and her husband Kevin; cherished grandchildren, Kelley Marie and Philip Daniel Garrity. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, as well as, her sister-in-law Stella Narducci. She was predeceased by her husband, Philip Daniel Cicero; brother, Anthony Narducci and sister, Katherine Maglionico. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at St. Theresa’s Church in Briarcliff Manor, NY. Burial will follow at Ferncliff Cemetery, Hartsdale, NY.
