Ethel M. Doyle a lifelong Croton-on-Hudson resident passed away on Friday, September 1, 2017 at the age of 86. Ethel was born in Croton to Clifford and Ethel (Churchell) Munson on January 28, 1931. She loved her family and loved her pets dearly. Ethel is survived by her beloved son David Doyle and his wife Judie and son-in-law Michael D’Angelo, adored grandsons Brian & his wife Laura D’Angelo and Thomas D’Angelo, step-grandchildren Stephanie, Katrina, and Cory Dahlgren, and adored step-great grandchildren Samantha, Jayden, and Gisella. Ethel was predeceased by her husband David Doyle in 1988 and daughter Kathleen D’ Angelo in 2010.
Family and friends will gather from 11:30am to 1pm at Edward F. Carter Funeral Home, 41 Grand St., Croton on Hudson, NY. A funeral procession will assemble at Edward F. Carter Funeral Home after the visitation and services will conclude with a graveside prayer service at Bethel Cemetery, also in Croton.
