Louis A. Giglio Jr.

Louis A. Giglio Jr. of Bourne, Massachusetts formerly of Croton on Hudson, NY passed away at his home in the early hours of Monday, March 7, 2016. Louis was born to Louis A. and Augusta (Greenburg) Giglio, Sr on November 9, 1925 in Buchanan, NY. Lou work as Foreman at the Village of Croton DPW. He retired to Pinellas Park Fl and was a member of the Pinellas Park Elks Lodge #2217 and was named Elk of the year in 1995 and 1996.

Louis is survived by his loving son Louis A. Giglio III (Vicki), cherished grandchildren Louis A. Giglio IV (Karina) and Tori Giglio, adored great grandchildren Louis A. Giglio V, Mia Giglio, Francesca Umbrello-Giglio, and Frankie Umbrello-Giglio, caring siblings John Giglio (Louise), Madaline Myers, and Vicki Sasso and by many nieces nephews and family. Louis was predeceased by his beloved wife May (Palumbaro) Giglio in August of 2011 and by brothers Thomas and Vincent Giglio.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 11, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9PM at Edward F. Carter Funeral Home, 41 Grand St. Croton on Hudson, NY. A Funeral Service will be celebrated on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 10AM also at Edward F. Carter Funeral Home, Croton on Hudson, NY with burial to follow at Bethel Cemetery, Croton.
