Lucille was married to her beloved husband of 60 years Manuel Lopez until his passing in January 2008. During WII, she was proud to be one of the “Rosie the Riveters” in the Hudson Aviation Defense Plant, Greenwich Village plant where she helped manufacture airplane parts. She was a member of the Croton Seniors, enjoyed water aerobics at Premier Fitness, and was a parishioner at Holy Name of Mary Church. Lucille gave back to her community through Meals on Wheels. She had a great sense of humor; she will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Lucille is survived by her loving son Raymond Lopez and daughter Barbara Streany, cherished grandchildren Cheryl Polito, JoAnn Streany, Gina Gomes, Diana Streany, and Joseph Streany, Jr., and by adored great grandchildren Taylor, Amanda, Daniella, Carl, Angelo, Nicholas, Ryan, and Siena.
