Marie A. Germinaro of Croton-on-Hudson, NY passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2015 at the age of 85. Marie was born to Joseph and Gilda (Randazzo) Germinaro on April 13, 1930 in Croton-on-Hudson, NY. She worked as an Executive Secretary retiring from both The Conference Board and the Archdiocese of New York. She loved baking, cooking and had a passion for travel. Marie was active in the Croton Seniors and the Croton Historical Society.
Marie is survived by her beloved sister Gilda “Judy” McHale, 10 cherished nieces and nephews and many adored great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by both parents, her brother Joseph Germinaro, Jr., and her sister Carmella Esposito.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 23, 2015 from 4-8PM at Edward F. Carter Funeral Home, 41 Grand St., Croton-on-Hudson, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 24, 2015, 10AM at Holy Name of Mary Church, Croton-on-Hudson, NY with burial to follow at Bethel Cemetery, also in Croton.
