Marie was born on January 8, 1922 to William and Mae (Weiss) Tracy in New York City. She was married to the Late Joseph B. Irwin who predeceased her in 1995.
She is survived by her 6 loving children; Stephen Irwin, Michael Irwin, Joanne Campbell, Susan Sammon, Mary Mora and Laura Rickett. She was predeceased by her beloved son John Irwin in 2004.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at the EDWARD F. CARTER FUNERAL HOME, 41 Grand St., Croton-on-Hudson, NY from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am on Thursday, August 30th at Holy Name of Mary Church, 110 Grand St., Croton-on-Hudson, NY. Interment will follow at Holy Rood Cemetery in Westbury, NY.
