

Milton attended the Christiana Moravian School and from there he went on to attend trade school in Kingston, Jamaica. In 1968 he accepted employment with Alumina Partners of Jamaica in St Elizabeth, Jamaica and worked there for about five years. In 1973 whilst still in Jamaica he married his childhood sweetheart Veronica Mayne. Later that year he migrated to the United States to be with her. There, the union produced two children, Michael and Samantha.
Milton resided in Ossining, New York with his wife and children for most of his life. There he established a construction business in 1984 and was later joined by Joseph Forde in 1997. Joseph became not only his business partner but his trusted friend and confidante.
Milton was a man of substance and integrity who surrounded himself with people of similar qualities. He worked extremely hard to provide the best for his family. He was kind and generous, always going the extra mile to help others. He enjoyed gardening, cooking, golfing and family time. He was known for his sense of humor and his gift of storytelling.
Milton’s passing will leave a great void that can never be filled. We will all miss him immensely. The world has indeed lost a treasure. He is survived by his wife Veronica, children Michael and Samantha, sisters, Mopsie and Patricia and brothers, Hixford, Gauth, Dalwin ,Alluard, Paul and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
