Nancy L. Adams of Croton-on-Hudson, NY, passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2016. She was 69 years old. Nancy was born in Ossining, NY on April 27, 1946 to the late Earl James and Aletha N. (Rogers) Stephens. She worked as a Ticket Agent for Metro North retiring with over 40 years of service.She is survived by her beloved husband, Howard "Boots" L. Adams; loving children, Noah L. Adams and Jodi L. Anderson; caring brother and sisters, Brieant Stephens, Carol Wetherwax and Virginia Taggart and her adoring grandchildren, Noah L. Adams, Jr., Dennis J. Adams and Jordan C. Anderson.Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-9 pm at the EDWARD F. CARTER FUNERAL HOME, 41 Grand St., Croton-on-Hudson, NY. Cremation Services will be Private. In memory of Nancy Adams, donations can be made to:

Nancy's grandson Dennis J Adams is a resident of the home.

We will miss our friend . When she was in Stoney Creek living during the summer is how I Elizabeth Braman got to meet her and we became good friends as well as sisters in the Lord. Simeon and I will miss her and are so happy she was our friend and is still even though she has past from this life and is with her Father in heaven. Love you Nancy.
