He was the widower of Carol Trulio.
Ralph is survived by his daughter, Carole Trulio of Atlanta, GA; his brothers James Trulio of Colorado and Robert Trulio (Lee Ann) of New Jersey.
Family and Friends may call at the EDWARD F. CARTER FUNERAL HOME, 41 Grand St., Croton-on-Hudson, NY on Thursday, September 13th from 11:00a to 1:00p. A Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home at 1:00p with burial to follow at Bethel Cemetery in Croton.
