Raymond (Ray) W. Everett, Jr., beloved husband, father, and Pop-Pop, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2019, at the age of 90 years old. He was an extremely intelligent, generous and humble man, and was dearly cherished by all who knew him. He was born on March 26, 1929, to Raymond W. Everett, Sr., and Theresa Martin Everett, in Tarrytown, New York. He is survived by his wife of nearly 60 years, Angela Everett, his daughters, Terry Tracey (Patrick), Mary Everett-Healy (Joseph), and Patty King (Reed), his seven grandchildren Megan, Kevin, Joey (Nicole), Erin (Natalie), Alyssa, Kristina and Jeffrey, his sister-in-law Maryjane, and many nieces, nephews and friends. He is predeceased by his siblings Edward, Mae, Anne and Russell.

Ray did not have an easy life, yet even with many setbacks he always remained positive. He loved a good steak, the NY Mets & Giants, and a challenging NY Times crossword. He was the best provider and father anyone could ask for. Ray graduated from North Tarrytown High School and went on to work at the First National Bank of North Tarrytown, where he met Angela, and later married. He worked for several companies before becoming the Town of Greenburgh Court Clerk and retiring. He will be dearly missed and always remembered for his kindness and perseverance.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 from 4-8pm at Edward F. Carter Funeral Home, 41 Grand St., Croton-on-Hudson, NY. Funeral Service will also be held at Edward F.
