Theresa E. Calcutti

Theresa E. Calcutti (Lena) of Croton on Hudson, NY, formerly of Mt. Kisco, died June 12, 2013 at age 76. She was born January 2, 1937, in Brooklyn, NY, to Fred and Elizabeth (Carbone) Lena. Theresa was charter member of the Croton Fire Department Radio Dispatchers Auxiliary. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years Michael Calcutti, beloved children Michelle Calcutti, Stephen Calcutti (Lorna), and Tina Duggan (Bill), cherished grandchildren Kenneth, Heather, and Melissa Bleakley, Marissa Calcutti, and Teresa Duggan, brother Fred Lena (Joan), and many nieces and nephews. Theresa is predeceased by her loving brother Michael Lena.

After retiring from the Lakeland and Croton-Harmon School Districts she devoted her life to her family especially her grandchildren

A wonderful woman, fantastic Mother and Grandmother and a true friend, Theresa, who stood so short, was full of every perfect ingredient that made her so very tall.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 16, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the EDWARD F. CARTER FUNERAL HOME, 41 Grand St., Croton-on-Hudson, NY. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 17th at 11:00 am at St. Augustine’s Church in Ossining.
