Vincent Paul Pisano

Vincent was born February 19, 1933 in Cliffside Park, NJ to James and Geraldine Pisano. He is survived by one sister, Joan O’Donnell and one brother, Frank Pisano.

He was married to Georgette Cernek Pisano, who passed in September after 72 years of marriage. Together they had 3 children, 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, with another on the way.

His greatest joy was his family and he especially loved being a grandfather and a great grandfather, and he was Poppy to all who knew him.

He is survived by his children: Vincent (Lissa), Paul (Nancy), and Jacquelyn Tavano (Stephen). His grandchildren: Thomas Provenzano (Briana), Juli Cianci (Brett), Jaime Morrissey (Sean), Max, Tyler, Derek, Bianca, Caleigh. Lynden, and Carly, a bonus granddaughter since she’s five years old. Great grandchildren: Nolan and Callum Morrissey, Milo Provenzano and Lyla and Hayes Cianci. He was predeceased by his brother in law, Paul Cernek. He is survived by many special nieces and nephews whom he loved deeply as well as numerous friends who became family.

Visitation will be held at Edward F. Carter Funeral Home, 41 Grand St, Croton-on-Hudson, NY on Wednesday, 5/28 from 3-6 PM. A funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, 05/29 at the funeral home at 10am. Interment to follow at St. Augustine Cemetery, Hawkes Ave, Ossining, NY.
