Bernadette C. Jacobus, 69, of Huntley died Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at Centegra Hospital - Woodstock. She was born January 1, 1943 in Chicago to Edmund and Helen Kucharski. She married Charles Jacobus in 1963 in Chicago.
She is survived by her husband Charles, daughter Kristin (Fred) Jepson, brother Jerome Kucharski, nephew Jeff Kucharski, and numerous cousins and friends.
Visitation will be from 10 am until the service at 2 pm, visitation will continue until 3 pm on Sunday, March 11 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave. Crystal Lake, IL. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given in her name to the American Cancer Society. Interment will be private.
