Betty Lee Kellner

She was born January 19, 1938 in Chicago to James and Ruth (Anderson) Goode. She grew up in Crystal Lake, raised her family in McHenry, and then retired to Woodstock. She stayed at home to raise her children and when they were grown she started working as a bookkeeper for various companies including Citicorp in Crystal Lake, Cardinal Savings, and Hill Top Center. In her free time she enjoyed quilting, sewing, gardening, bird watching, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Michael (Cheryl) Kellner, Thomas (Linda) Kellner, Kenneth (Jeannine) Kellner, and Deborah Kellner; her grandchildren, Shane (Quincy) and Clover Campbell, Jennifer (Joe) Semro, Lindsay Kellner, Kelsey Kellner, and Kody Kellner; her brother, James (Rose) Goode; her nephew, Rick Goode; and many other extended family members and friends

She was preceded in death by her parents and her former husband, Kirby Kellner.

Memorial visitation will be from 5 to 8pm on Tuesday, June 26 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake.
