He was born February 1, 1955 in Fort Sill, OK to Charles and June (Richter) Ouart.
David graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana with a degree in Chemical Engineering.
David took great joy in his hobby of family history and worked at the Family History Center at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Crystal Lake. David was passionate about his religious beliefs and took pride in working at the Chicago Temple in Glenview.
David was very proud of his children, Nicholas (Dana) Ouart, Brandon Ouart, and Lindsey (Michael) Weller and of his two grandchildren, Jackson and Logan Ouart. He was the loving son of June Ouart and the late Charles Ouart and dear brother of Teresa (Ray) Jaster and of the late Dennis Ouart. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
There will be a memorial service at 10am on Saturday, February 6 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 480 N Walkup Ave, Crystal Lake.
