Deborah Renee "Debbie" Jensen, 44, of Crystal Lake died June 11, 2011 at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington. She was born October 27, 1966 in Hoffman Estates, Illinois to Harry Porter and Peggy Roberts.
Memorial visitation will be from 5-9 pm on Monday June 13th at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave Crystal Lake, IL.
