He was born October 18, 1951, in Woodstock to Nathan and Dorothy (Graves) Renslow. In 1995, he married Patricia Street in Woodstock.
He worked at Mathews Company in Crystal Lake for 21 years. He loved fishing. He enjoyed yard work and gardening and had a true “green thumb.”
He is survived by his wife, Patricia “Patty”; his mother, Dorothy Dowell; his siblings, Jean (Chris) Heisler and Steve (Lorraine) Renslow; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son, James; his father; and his brothers, Ronald and Gilbert.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9pm on Wednesday, May 18, at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. The funeral service will be at 11am on Thursday, May 19, at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Windridge Memorial Park, Cary.
