Frank R. Swatek, 78, of Crystal Lake died Sunday December 19, 2010 at Crossroads Care Center in Woodstock. He was born July 3, 1932 in Chicago to Frank and Emily (Uczink) Swatek. On June 1, 1957 he married Kathleen Helding in Racine, Wisconsin. He was a longtime member and active in the Kingdom Hall of Crystal Lake. He enjoyed music and watching movies.
He is survived by his wife Kathleen, children; Michael (Heidi) Swatek, Michelle Rader, Marcia (Jim) Hammer, grandchildren; Emily Swatek and Kaylee Hammer, four nephews and one niece. He is preceded in death by his parents, son-in-law David Rader, and brother Charlie Swatek.
A memorial service will be at 1:00 pm on Sat Jan 1st, at the Kingdom Hall of Crystal Lake, 5303 Terra Cotta Road, Crystal Lake, IL. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given in his name to the Kingdom Hall. Arrangements entrusted to Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave. Crystal Lake.
