He was born January 17, 1943 in Crystal Lake to Ralph and Frances Thurow. On April 4, 1964 he married Margaret Robb.
He is survived by his son, Jeffrey (Tamara) Thurow; his grandchildren, Amanda (Harry Abbott) Thurow, David (Regan) Thurow, and Nicholas Thurow; and his great-grandchildren, Alaina, Easton, Everly, Harlan.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret; his parents, Ralph and Frances; his son, Craig; and his sister, Doris Grant.
According to his wishes, services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
