She was born in Chicago to Edward and Merle Hicks.
Pidge's faith was an important part of her life. She was a member of the Evangelical Free Church in Crystal Lake for many years.
Pidge is survived by her children, Cynthia DeBozy of Jacksonville, MI and Lori Walker of Carpentersville; her grandchildren, Selena Shields, Amber Moraino, Leo Moraino; five great-grandchildren, and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Mark Walker; her husband, Arthur Walker; and her husband, Robert Evertsen.
There will be a visitation from 10 to 11am on Tuesday, March 4 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. The funeral service will be at 11am.
Interment will follow at Windridge Memorial Park.
