He was born March 13, 1968. Jeff was the son of Ronald and Darlene (Selir) Schneeweiss. He was a huge sports fan, whether it was cheering on the Cubs or the Blackhawks or the Bears. He also loved spending time with his daughters.
Jeff is survived by his daughters, Meghan and Molly, and their mother, Sharon; his father, Ronald; his brother-in-law, Tim Chimack; his two nephews and niece, Tigue, Tristan, and Peyton; and his aunt, Debbie Barzda.
He was preceded in death by mother, Darlene, and his sister, Patti Chimack.
A memorial service will be held at 11am on Saturday, September 3 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake.
