Lucille C. Jerzak, 87, beloved daughter of the late Leo and Anna Jerzak; loving sister of Dolores (the late Vittorio) Fabbri; dear aunt of Victoria (Mark) Stach and great-aunt of Julia and Carolyn. Also survived by many dear cousins and friends and preceded in death by many aunts and uncles. Retired after 50 years of Civil service. Former president, ETA Chapter of Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society in Business Administration at DePaul University.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8pm on Tuesday, March 26 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10am on Wed., March 27 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 451 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake.
Interment will be at 12:30pm at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
