

Nancy Marie (Cogan) Will, 91, of Woodstock, Illinois passed away on Friday, September 22, 2023 in Huntley, Illinois. She was born in Mitchell, South Dakota on May 10, 1932 to the late Lysle and Gladys Cogan. She married Robert "Bob" Will on May 29, 1953 in White Bear Lake, Minnesota.
Nancy met Bob in college where she found her love for sports, especially watching Bob as a professional baseball player for the Chicago Cubs; where they traveled to different cities across the country as well as Cuba, building lifelong memories.
One of Nancy's biggest pride and joy's in life was becoming a mother of six children, the most fulfilling part of her life.
Nancy was known for her phenomenal cooking as well as always maintaining beautiful gardens of fruits, vegetables, and all sorts of flowers. In her past time, she enjoyed cross-stitching, knitting, and sewing, which her mother taught her how to do. Using her talents, Nancy enjoyed making clothing for her children.
Later in life Nancy had a knack for decorating, always scoring good finds at antique stores as that was one of her favorite things to do.
Nancy is survived by her children Robert S. (Laura) Will, Lisa (Steven) Garhan, Paula Lohse, Thomas P. Will, and Jennifer (Mike) Safraniec; and Son-in-law Richard Caldwell; her grandchildren, Jenna (Dennis) Jackson, Lauren (Zach) Stegenga, Erin (Danny) Ford, Patrick (Whitney) Garhan, Sarah Lohse, Ashley (John) Weber, Brad Lohse, Carter Will, Noah Safraniec and Madisen Safraniec; and her great-Grandchildren, Mac and Beckett Jackson, Cogan and Lou Stegena, Ainsley and Evelyn Ford, Crosby and Harrison Garhan, Isla Lohse, and Jack Weber.
She is preceded in death by her husband Robert; her brother Michael "Mike" Cogan; and her Daughter Julie Caldwell.
