Patricia A. Stephens

She was born February 6, 1946 in Riverton, Wyoming to Vincent and Lucerne (LaPlante) Cooper. Patricia retired from Condell Medical Center after many years as a nurse throughout the hospital. She was a very active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Crystal Lake. Her family meant everything to her. She was always a great support system for her family and friends.

Patricia is survived by her children, Don Stephens II and Diana (Jason) Larak; her grandchildren, Don Stephens III, Veronica (Chad) Gemmel, Diana Stephens, Gavin Larak, and Bria Larak; her stepson, Jan Jenkins, and his children, Samantha, Brandy, and Taylor; her uncle, Kenneth (Anne) Cooper; and her nieces and nephew, Chandra (Allen) Broughton, John Ungles, and Bobbi (Ed Morgan) Fields.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, James Cooper.

Memorial visitation will be from 2 to 6pm on Sunday, July 9 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake.
