Huntley—Robert A. Comstock, 52, of Huntley passed away Saturday, January 4, 2014. He was born December 17, 1961 in Elmhurst to Jesse and Sharon (Brady) Comstock. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked for many years at the Post Office Distribution Center in Palatine. He enjoyed working on cars and even restored an old Chevelle. He also enjoyed traveling. He is survived by his children, Amber and Nicholas Comstock, and their mother, Donna Comstock, his daughters, Sarha Rose and Isabella Faith Comstock, and their mother, Jennifer Comstock; his grandson, Brandon Zachary Comstock; his father, Jesse (Brenda) Comstock; his siblings, William Sweet and Karen Rhodes; and many other extended family members. He was preceded in death by his mom, Sharon. Visitation will be from 3 to 8pm on Wednesday, January 8 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. Interment will be at Noon on Thursday, January 9, at St. Adalbert Cemetery, 6800 N. Milwaukee Ave., Niles. For information call the funeral home at 815-459-1760.
