Susan A. Mandat

She was born October 31, 1959 in Chicago to James and Adella (Skrabel) Sadlo. On June 20, 1981 she married Robert Mandat Jr. in Chicago.

She was the co-owner of Westlane Bowling Alley in Crystal Lake. She was active in the McHenry County USBC and USBC Youth. She enjoyed bowling, fishing, and scrapbooking.

She is survived by her sister, Marilyn Sadlo; her father-in-law, Bob Mandat Sr.; her brothers-in-law, Kenny (Sonya) Mandat and Danny Mandat; her sister-in-law, Theresa (Glenn) Vanek; two nephews, Nick and Matt; one niece, Sara; and numerous cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob, and her parents.

Visitation will be from 3 to 7pm on Sunday, January 19, at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. The service will be at 11am on Monday, January 20, at the funeral home.

Interment will be in McHenry County Memorial Park, Woodstock.
