She was born November 21, 1961 in Elgin to Robert and Donna (Beckmann) Chapman.
Tina valued her family and cherished the time spent together.
Tina is survived by her children, Erik Koster and Marissa Richter; her mother, Donna Chapman; and her brother, John (Helen) Chapman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Mercier; her father, Robert Chapman; and her brother, Joe Chapman.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7pm on Monday, January 15 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. There will be a service at 6:30pm.
Interment will be private.
