Verna M. Jaggers, 78, of Huntley passed away July 11, 2018. She was born July 22, 1939 in Evanston to Robert and Ruth Cole.

Verna loved life and always had a smile on her face. She had an amazing way of always looking at the brightside. Her family was the most important thing to her. She did also have an incredible sweet tooth!

Verna is survived by her loving children, Stephanie, Robert Sr. (Candace), Michael Sr. (Lisa), and Anthony Sr. (Tammy); her 17 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; her brother, Lemorne Cole Sr.; and many loving extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Judith Cole.

There will be a visitation from 11am to 1pm on Sunday, July 15 at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. There will be a time of sharing at 1pm.
