Bill is survived by his wife of 65 years, Joan Jacobs; his children, Susan Jacobs, Karen Moore, William Jacobs Jr, Laura Jacobs Anderson; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; and his sister, Nancy Flannery.
Services for Bill will be private.
