Mrs. Bertha McCormick of Falkville Alabama passed away on August 12, 2012 at Decatur General Hospital at the age of 88. She was born on February 22, 1924 to Leonard and Rosa Lee Baker King. She is preceded in death by her parents, Husband: Leonard McCormick and a daughter: Margie Atkins.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at Moss Funeral Home Chapel in Cullman Alabama at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. David Carroll officiating. Interment will be in Union Hill Baptist Cemetery in Morgan County.
Survivors are: 1 Son: Tim Townson, Daughter-In-Law: Martha Townson, 1 Daughter: Joan Thomas, Son-In-Law: Jerry Thomas, 1 Sister: Myrtle Belle, 14 Grandchildren, 27 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be on Tuesday August 14, 2012 from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. at Moss Funeral Home.
