He is survived by daughters: Rosemary Brown, Cathy Anderson; sons: Rodger Turner, Gerald Turner; sister, Lillian Edwards; 11 Grandchildren and 9 Great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Thursday at 10:00 AM at Moss Service Funeral Home. The celebration of Billy Turner’s life will be Thursday at 11:00 AM at Moss Service Funeral Home with burial to follow in Bethlehem Cemetery (at Glory Hill Rd).
