Carolyn was a medical assistant at St. Vincent’s Primary Care and served as President of the Alabama Society of Medical Assistants.
She is survived by her daughters: Caitlyn (Barrett) Eubanks, Chalis (Zac) Joiner, Charlotte Polk and Carson Polk; grandchildren: Jack and Ellie Eubanks; parents: Dennis and Nancy Brooks; brothers: Craig Brooks and Brandon Brooks and grand puppies: Darcy and Titan.
No public services will be held at this time. Moss Service Funeral Home is assisting the family.
