Mrs. Carrie Nell Barron Wisner

Funeral Services for Mrs. Carrie Nell Wisner, age 78 of Vinemont, will be Sunday, February 26, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. in the Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery, with Rev. Larry Nail officiating.

Mrs. Wisner passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at her residence. She was born to Perry Barron and Nancy Lacy Pruitt Barron on July 3, 1933 in Manila, Arkansas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one son, Millard Jack “Jackie” Nail; one sister, Dee Green; and two brothers, Lafay Barron and Chuck Barron. Carrie was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church, a collector of wind chimes, a very good cook, having worked at Double “D”, the Smoker and Doris’s restaurants’. And she was a “Beloved” Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother.

Survivors include her three 3 – Daughters – Diane (Larry) Bonner; Kathy (Gordan Callant) Dudley and Becky (Kevin) Kelly; one Daughter-in-Law – Charlotte Nail all of Cullman; and two 2 – Brothers – Robert (Kathy) Barron and Van (Donna) Barron both of Michigan; 11 – Grandchildren; 19 – Great-Grandchildren; and one Great-Great-Grandchild

The family will receive friends at the funeral home for visitation on Saturday, February 25, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

The Grandsons will be pallbearers.
