CULLMAN — Funeral services for Charles Whitman Shuford Jr., 56, of Hanceville will be at 11 a.m. Monday, June 21, 2010, at Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Dean Burttram officiating, with burial in Laodicea Cemetery.
Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Shuford died Friday, June 18, at UAB Medical Center in Birmingham. He was born June 18, 1954, to Charles Whitman Shuford Sr. and Betty Alexander Shuford. He was a welder.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include a son, Charles W. Shuford III of Baytown, Texas; a sister, Wanda (Steve) Casey of Warrior; three grandchildren, Nathan Shuford and Bailey Shuford, both of Lampasas, Texas, and Natalie Chavez of San Antonio, Texas; a nephews, Stephen Casey of Warrior; a niece, Ali Casey of Warrior; two aunts, Jimmie Dee Graves of Gardendale and Gayle (Maxie) Grantham of Hanceville; numerous cousins; and a host of friends.
Visitation will be from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Sunday
