Cynthia is survived by daughter: Amber (Salena) Carmona; brothers: Riley (Shirley) Collier, Tim (Tammy) Collier and granddaughter: Zoey McMahon.

Cynthia was preceded in death by parents: Curtis Rayburn and Dorothy Mae Bates Collier; sister: Paulette Davis and brother: Rayburn Collier.
