Edwin Eugene Campbell

Graveside services for Edwin Eugene Campbell, 82, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, January 3, 2015, at Curry Cemetery.

Moss Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Campbell was born March 1, 1932. He went to his eternal life Tuesday, December 30, 2014, at Falkville Rehab and Health Care Center in Falkville.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Tommie Stover Campbell; his parents, Milner and Rosabell Campbell; granddaughter, Shannon Leslie; grandson, Shayne Oglesby; brother, George Campbell; sister, Rosalee Sirvio; and a son-in-law, Michael Skinner.

Survivors include a son, Allen (Crystal) Campbell; four daughters, Shelia (Mark Atwell) Stokes; Shirley Skinner, Sharron (Dee) Hackbarth and Carolyn Campbell; his brothers, Charles (Elouise) Campbell and Kenneth (Patti) Campbell; sister, Betty Greenwood; and a sister-in-law, Georgie Campbell; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.

The family would like to express thanks to the staff at Falkville Rehab and Health Care for the wonderful care they provided to Mr. Campbell the last seven years. Also Comfort Care Hospice for the care they provided.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
