Eileen Garmon Bailey

Eileen Garmon Bailey of Baileyton, AL passed away on September 18, 2016 at the age of 93. Mrs. Bailey was born on July 21, 1923 to Noah Grady and Affie Boyd Garmon. She was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Dr. Paul C Bailey. Mrs. Bailey is survived by her sons, Paul Bailey, Jr. (Suzanne) of Falls Church, VA and Stan Bailey (Virginia) of Baileyton, AL; daughter Jeanne Bailey Green (Kenneth) of Selma, AL; and her grandchildren, Brittan Bailey Richardson (Blake) of Dallas, TX and Kasey Green of Birmingham, AL. The funeral is scheduled for Saturday, September 23, at 10 A.M. local time at the Baileyton United Methodist Church, Highway 69, Baileyton, AL. Visitation will precede the funeral at 9 A.M. with internment immediately following the service at the Baileyton Cemetery. The funeral service will be conducted by the Reverend Deborah Moon with Moss-Service Funeral Home in charge of the funeral arrangements. A special thanks from the Bailey Family is extended to Covenant Place of Gardendale, Hope Hospice and her caretakers Mary Woods, Tomeka Davis, Sandy Grier, Mildred Richardson and Bobbie Johnson.
