Eileen Rose Hook of Cullman passed away December 10, 2019 at the age of 94. She was born August 29, 1925 in Gary Indiana to Paul David and Sarah Ann Harle Keeley. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Sam Hook.

Funeral services are Saturday December 14, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Moss Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Cullman City Cemetery.

Survivors are: daughter Eileen Paden, son Sam (Debbie) Hook, grandchildren Sam Hook, Kodi Hook and his fiance'e Kristian Baker, Karen (Don) Farley and 7 great grandchildren.

Visitation is Friday December 13, 2019 at Moss Funeral Home from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
