Mr. Elvis D. Ray passed away at his residence on April 7, 2015 at the age of 91. He was born on November 8, 1923 to Earnest D. and Ludie Pelt Ray. He is preceded in death by his parents, Son: Elvis Dwight Ray, Grandson: Joseph Woods, Sisters: Edith Stull, Pearline Reid.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 10, 2015 at Moss Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 P.M. with Bro. Kent Woods and Rev. Larry Brown officiating. Interment will be in Flint Creek Cemetery.
Survivors are: Wife of 70 years: Magoline Blackmon Ray, Daughter: Faye (Kent) Woods, Sisters: Nell Meadows, Tressie Monk, Grandchildren: Chanda (Heath) Northcutt, Tina (John) Miller, Julie Ray, Great Grandchildren: Collin Miller, Brandon Woods, Caragan O’Neal, Chase Woods, Great Grandchild: Bradley Woods.
Visitation will be on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Moss Funeral Home from 6:30 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
