

Funeral Services for Mrs. Estelle Hagemore Jones, age 89 of Cullman, will be held on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Ebenezer Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery, with Rev. Terry Blankenship officiating. She will lie-in-state at the church for one hour prior to the service.

Mrs. Jones was born on December 23, 1923 in Cullman County to the late Jim & Pattie Mae McCarley Hagemore. She died on Monday, September 9, 2013 at Woodland Village. She was a lifelong member of Ebenezer Baptist Church, Vinemont for 75 years, and she loved cooking for family and caring for her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 63 years, Elbert W. Jones until his death in 2002; and a son, E.W. Jones; six sisters, Jewel Jones, Maybell Gilland, Alene Robertson, Lois Tingle, Bet Hamilton, and Daisy Lee Hagemore; and three brothers, Jess Hagemore, Howard Hagemore and J.D. Hagemore.
Survivors include her – Daughter – Carolyn (Terry) Adams of West Point; two 2 – Sons – William Junior (Joann) Jones of West Point and Randall (Frances) Jones of West Point; twelve 12 – Grandchildren – Karen Jones, Randy (Regina) Jones, Clark Jones, Kristi (Josh) Eason, Kirk (Amy) Jones, Tamisha (Faron) Key and Kalen (Carrie) Adams; twelve 12 – Great-Grandchildren – Blaine (Karli) Perry, Ryder Jones, Nicolette Kilgo, Kayla Key, Karmyn Key, Rylan Jones, Alyssa Adams, Ryleigh Jones, Kiah Key, Kohl Key and Chloe Adams; four 4 – Sister-in-Laws; two 2 – Brother-in-Laws; and a Host of Nieces, Nephews & Friends.
The family will receive friends for visitation at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 10, 2013, from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Randy Jones, Clark Jones, Kirk Jones, Kalen Adams, Faron Key and Blaine Perry.
