He was preceded in death by his son, Cody Robert Long and his parents: Shadrick and Nina Sue Howard Long.
George is survived by his son, Scott Long; sister, Wanda Fishback; brothers: Dave Long (Kathy) and Andy Long (Pam) and grandchildren: Robbie Long, Harleigh Long, and Zach Long.
The graveside celebration of George’s life will be at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at Cullman City Cemetery.
