Mr. Harmon Perry Mitchell Jr.

Funeral Services for Mr. Harmon Perry Mitchell, Jr., age 66 of Vinemont will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 1, 2012 in the Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Livingston Chapel Cemetery, with Dr. PA Delvecchio and Bro. Ernest Auston officiating.

Moss-Service Funeral Home of Cullman is directing.

Harmon was born on August 26, 1946 in Cullman to the late Harmon and Nora Auston Mitchell Sr. He passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at his residence. Harmon worked for Americold and Rehau prior to his sickness, he enjoyed gardening and spending time with the grandchildren and his special time with Margaret going to the flea markets and “junk store’s”.

Mr. Mitchell is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Dennis Mitchell.

He is survived by his Wife of 47 Years – Margaret Pruett Mitchell; two 2 – Daughters – Robin McCulloch of Trinity and Nancy Mitchell Merrill of Mesa, AZ; one Son – Mark (Shirley) Dickinson of Lanette, AL; four 4 – Sisters – Marylou Perry, Geree Baker, Debbie Murphree, and Nella Faye Fincher; one Brother – Tommy Mitchell; six 6 – Grandchildren – Russell (Tina) Dickinson; Ryan McCulloch, Brittany Dickinson, Feribah Merrill, Nate Merrill and Auston Claire Merrill; and two 2 – Great-Grandchildren – Ryland McCulloch and Addi Dickinson; and a Host of Nieces, Nephews, and other Family & friends also survive.

The family will receive friends for a visitation on Friday, November 30, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
